Leeds Tykes are delighted to announce their new rugby union pathway partnership with Leeds Beckett University and University of Leeds

"The recent Covid situation has allowed us the time to review club operations, one of the key areas we assessed was our recruitment and retention process.

The purpose of the partnership is to provide talented students pathways to National League rugby union, through quality competition, coaching and mentoring support that will sit alongside their university studies and help them maximise their potential and achieve their goals and ambitions both on and off the field.

The links between Leeds Tykes and our two Universities goes back to the mid 90s when the club was first born, therefore I’m absolutely delighted that we have forged strong relationships with both rugby departments again."
