The launch of our former players association is a key component part of the clubs re-set, we are absolutely delighted to announce that Caddick construction will be supporting our association
Caddick construction is led by our former Chairman, Paul Caddick, who has an incredible passion for all sports in Yorkshire , and rugby union is one of them , Paul is a former second row forward at Headingley FC whose merger with Roundhay RUFC back in the early 1992 was the formation of the original Leeds Rugby Union Football Club.
Having such prestigious support all round for the association augurs well for a successful future.

Paul Caddick Commented
The Leeds Tykes Club has achieved outstanding performances and results throughout its limited lifetime, you as a group were all part of that success and the players association will once again allow you all to rekindle the friendships and camaraderie that you enjoyed during this period.
This initiative comes at a time when many of the ex-players are now moving away from rugby and into the world of business.
As an older member of this fantastic group I can confirm that it is quite easy to lose touch with past friends and colleagues and this club will keep you all In touch where ever in the world you may be now or in the future and allow you all when possible to meet up at games to rekindle old friendships.
The Club Is now suffering difficult times and Phil has returned to try his best to help to reinstate the club to the past glories, the formation of the players association will give us all the ability to share together in the clubs future challenges and support Phil wherever and whenever we can.
Phil Davies Leeds Tykes Director of Rugby
Throughout my previous tenure at the club Paul was my Chairman. The support and encouragement myself and the team experienced was truly world class.
It was a level of support that allowed us to go on a journey which ultimately led us to winning the Powergen Cup and becoming the first Yorkshire team to win a major trophy. Having Caddick construction supporting the association fills us all with great confidence
