To achieve a successful re-set we have prioritised our focus around four key pillars , Coaching , Talent ID , Governance and partnerships.
We are really proud to announce our partnership with Jump advisory group , a wonderfully innovative company focussed on up skilling people who can really make a difference in the work place.
The particular focus is to provide our players with mentoring support in order to identify skills learn’t on the field and successfully transfer to their off field career.
